As an Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and sales teams fully understand and utilize our products effectively. You will provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, collaborate with various departments, and help drive sales opportunities through technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers and OEM to identify and implement effective solutions via phone, email, and on-site visits etc. Serve as a technology expert for Industrial Automation products.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support to advance the sales process. Travel up to 80 % across Maharashtra region (Excluding Mumbai).
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on PID controllers, Loop Controllers , Ratio controller, Recorder etc. Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming. Familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Device net etc. Additional knowledge of SCRs and power control devices will be considered an added advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a solution-oriented mindset, are essential.
Note – Candidates must have their own two-wheeler along with a valid driving license.
